I had a great experience with the entire team with the exception of the finance manager. I feel he misled my understanding of how the extended warranty impacted my principal balance - and even after conf exception of the finance manager. I realized the issue the following day and was able to cancel the extended warranty, but I would have expected a more truthful response at the time of purchase. More
