My car has been broken more than it has worked right over the past 2 years. It is a 2021 model. My engine had to be replaced in addition to several other issues. They also do not keep to their word on provid the past 2 years. It is a 2021 model. My engine had to be replaced in addition to several other issues. They also do not keep to their word on providing an adequate loaner. They offered to pay enough for enterprise to loan me a little Kia Juke for our family vacation - a little 4 seat clown car. Meanwhile, I’m paying $$$ every month to buy a car that is always in the shop. I’ll never buy a Hyundai again! More

He didn't try to pressure me into a more expensive car or Suv. He and his sales manager, Matt, got me exactly what I wanted for payments and price. The price was exactly what I thought it should be after doing my research. Gave great valve for my trade in and it was an old vehicle but I had taken care and had options added on to my old truck. They didn't low ball me like I've seen other dealers do to my parents. This is my first new vehicle and a very good experience. Even finance, Danny, was great. HE TOOK HIS TIME And made sure I understood what and why I was signing all the paperwork and worked to keep my payment low and still make sure I was covered for any unexpected costs even after there 5 yr warranty expired. EDMOND Hyundai is the place to go to buy a car and get treated the way you should. IT DIDNT TAKE ALL DAY. NO back and forth dickering over price and payment. Great first experience. 👍 More
