I was originally looking to buy a Kia Telluride, but while searching online I came across the Palisade. Trey Littleton called me and convinced me to come check it out in person. Justin did well. That bg warranty program is unethical though. Immediate attention required on 2 different systems when the thing has only 30000 miles on it? Great service overall, amazing customer service and fast experience. I went in at 7:30 pm on Friday and left around midnight with a brand new vehicle. Tray was my seller and he did a great job. I ended experience. I went in at 7:30 pm on Friday and left around midnight with a brand new vehicle. Tray was my seller and he did a great job. I ended up leaving with a vehicle I didn’t ask for, but due to the 72 hour trade-in, I was able to leave with the vehicle I wanted on Saturday morning. Tray and Neko helped with purchasing my vehicle and Paul helped with the legal stuff. Everyone was so kind and so understanding and I highly recommend them. And I wanted to give a shoutout to Paul because he was called back into work around 10:30 at night to complete my purchase. He truly lives for his job and he is extremely passionate. Honestly, he is my go-to from now on and I wouldn’t want to go to anyone else to seal the deal. More

That request was promised but NOT delivered. Nothing was prepared when we got there - we had to sit in a very small space with the finance guy for more than an hour - no social distancing - overselling of gap insurance and extended warranty (which we made clear we didn't want) and the overall experience was NOT good. We finally escaped, got a call from the sales guy 20 minutes or so later that he'd forgotten to give us the 'real' key to the car, he'd started it for me with the secondary key. We live an hour away so had to drive back several days later to get the other key. We'd been promised weather tech floor mats - had to drive back AGAIN to get those as well. More
