NO safety precautions. No masks or distancing. Service techs didn’t cover my seats and even changed the radio station and seat positions.. My keys weren’t cleaned upon return. They didn't bother washing it, or wiping it down at all. We bought the Palisade Limited thinking that it would be a good alternative to luxury brands that we would have chosen. Best experience we've ever had at a dealership. Our salesman Jordan was very nice, and so knowledgeable about the G70 we were looking at. You could tell he had done his homework. Neko was also great. Explained the financing options and answered all my tons of questions. LOVED the fact we didn't have to play any back-and-forth games. They made that part so easy. Finally Alex in finance was great to work with too. Got us out of there as quick as possible, and while he did a great job explaining all the extra coverages/options that were available to us, he was never pushy like other dealerships we've dealt with. Really appreciated that. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, and I wouldn't hesitate doing business here again. More

I tried to meet with Nathan or his brother & was denied. Neko met with me & it was very evident he was not focused on what I was saying. The issue I had was to be handled by Kendall & it was not. Brian in finance was not up front about payoff of car traded & on new car. I had to get with title clerk. Have no confidence in anyone at Edmond Hyundai at all. Scares me when time comes for maintenance. Wish I had gone to another dealership. Once your name is on the dotted line you are no longer a consideration.l More

While I was there, I was continuously asked by all employees if I was doing okay and if I needed anything. Everyone was very courteous, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Misleading. We’ve had our car looked at three times now for the same issue, and we’re told different issues each time. We had to take the car to a well-known and respected mechanic, who videoed how low our for the same issue, and we’re told different issues each time. We had to take the car to a well-known and respected mechanic, who videoed how low our PSI is. Another mechanic also showed low PSI, yet Hyundai service showed normal but couldn’t tell us the actual numbers. We ended spending a lot of money to get an accurate answer outside of Hyundai. We feel they know there’s an issue with the engine but don’t want to cover it even though the car is under warranty. We have two Hyundais and will not purchase again due to the service department issues. Don’t have a warranty if you refuse to perform proper testing. We replaced all ignition coils and spark plugs, and still had issues with the car shaking at idle. We had to ask for a compression test several times. They kept our car for five business days and did nothing. They then charged us $90 for looking at the car. We feel duped. Never again. More
