From the beautiful smile from the young lady at the front desk to a very friendly support team it's been a wonderful experience. William Wildrix (Sales): Meeting William made my job of purchasing my 2020 Elantra a whole lot easier. He was knowledgeable of his available inventory and certainly prepared to go else ware to satisfy my needs, if necessary. He was well prepared to talk the technological enhancements and special features available in the various Elantra trim levels. I made my choice and William had the right Elantra for my inspection that afternoon. There were a couple issues that had to be resolved and they were handled to my total satisfaction making this purchase one of the most satisfying ever! Brian Burton (Finance): He thoroughly discussed financing solutions and made sure I was aware of all available corporate and dealer discounts that I might qualify for. He also thoroughly discussed optional follow-on warranty protection programs to compliment the very generous protections provided by Hyundai. His detailed discussion of the savings opportunities included with the “Edmond Hyundai Promise” were certainly well received. Wesley Baker (Service): While I did not have a scheduled meeting with the Service Manager, I was able to meet Wes informally and was impressed with his approach to making Edmond Hyundai my Dealer for Life. He did address two critical service issues with my Elantra, and the results were superb. I was happy to see the fine coordination that exists between the sales and service organizations. More
