Terrible experience at this dealership. I had found a new vehicle that I was very interested in on their site. Came for test drive and was willing to buy the vehicle for price advertised on their website. A vehicle that I was very interested in on their site. A second manager came in asking what I would pay for the vehicle and did the tactic of having me initial if he can me that price. Never saw this manager again. A third manager came in asking the same questions. I actually looked at salesmen and asked if this was a joke. Finally they gave me an offer for the vehicle about $5,000 higher than listed price on the website. They said it was because I didn’t qualify for discounts. (I’m healthcare, military, previous hyundai owner) I told them if that was the price it wasn’t the car for me. The manager proceeded to tell me I couldn’t find what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. (Not true at all) i then started to leave when the manager and salesmen ran to my car and had dropped the price a few thousand but still about $1500 above listed website sale price. After all this ok whatever they us crappy sales tactics and false advertised prices. Then later that day my ex-wife texts me, because the salesmen texted her. I had not given that number and they had it on file from me buying from them about 13 years earlier. Terrible experience. They lost an easy sale and someone who really liked the dealership before, but will no longer do business or recommend them. I later texted the salesman asking what incentives were they listing that I did not qualify for and he did not know. They had $8000 dealers incentives listed on the website that seems to be bogus. I confronted the salesman about texting a number I did not provide, and he stopped responding. More

Accommodating people Matthew, salesman, took lots of time with me even though I was from out of town and would not be needing a new car for several months. Because of his customer care attitude, I did not even look at doing business closer to home. Had some contact with Elizabeth as well; she was polite and very professional. Didn't care much for the "hard sell" of the finance officer (my only complaint and the only reason I did not rate the experience with 5 stars). Edmond Hyundai was willing to deliver my car to me and I have enjoyed the G80 for the last two weeks. Awesome car!! Turned in a Mercedes E300 at the end of the lease. This new Genesis compares favorably with the Mercedes for $10K less. More
