I only come here for oil changes because it it part of the Edmond Hyundai promise or else I would never come here for service. I have come for an oil change and tire rotation atleast 6x and I have NEVER b the Edmond Hyundai promise or else I would never come here for service. I have come for an oil change and tire rotation atleast 6x and I have NEVER been out of here in less than an hour. It shouldn’t take 1-1.5 hrs for an oil change. The staff are always pleasant but that doesn’t make up for the extremely slow service. More
I took my vehicle in to get a service check up. The cost was reasonable and the work was performed quickly. I was very satisfied with my service but I was especially pleased with my service representative w was reasonable and the work was performed quickly. The advertised prices did not match with what was actually being offered, and when we mentioned that this seemed shady the salesman responded with "well that's how they get people to come in." Seems like bad business practice to me. Everyone seemed to only want to provide portions of information, such as you can return the car within 72 hours if you'd like, only to find out later that the 72 hour clause was actually an exchange for a car of equal or greater value. Their vehicles seem to be good value, the dealership on the other, be careful. More

I have already sent one review in. About my car experience, and I have new complaints now. It turns out that my compressor that I was told was bad, wasn't the problem at all, the low pressure line experience, and I have new complaints now. It turns out that my compressor that I was told was bad, wasn't the problem at all, the low pressure line has a leak it wasnt the compressor at all. So i bought a compressor for nothing, and Edmond Hyundai tried to charge me $1600.00 to fix a compressor that had nothing wrong with it. I spoke to John on Friday, and am waiting to here something back by today. I dont believe that I will receive a call, so I just tried to call him, and had to leave a message. So very sickened by this whole car dealership and the false promises. still haven't spoken to the general manager Luke, so I will be going into the dealership in person today! More
