Good experience and friendly staff Edmond Hyundai made the car buying experience easy. I went in to look at one model (Venue), and saw an Elantra GT that I couldn't leave without. I have had my eyes on the Elantra GT for a while but you can never find them in stock, I guess it was my lucky day. Isaiah was very friendly and made the experience a breeze. Edmond Hyundai was able to get my payments close enough to make the deal and I drove away in the car I wanted all along. Alex was very informative throughout the paperwork process and explained everything in detail. More

I was not impressed with our finance person as he was very short and seemed to not really care. Our own bank finance rep told us that they felt the same way. That he just wanted payment, but did not want to give the bank what they were asking for. Edmond Hyundai was very demanding of their money and wanted nothing else from us. That is how it felt. Had we not liked the cars we purchased or the price, we would have walked away for the lack of customer appreciation. Now, I do not include Mathew our sales person in that statement. As for everyone else, I felt like a $ sign. I will not bring my cars in for service there as I do not trust the quality of the dealership. We had to practically beg just to get the cars we purchased cleaned correctly. Even then the cars did not look that clean. All the smooth surfaces were gross looking and you could tell that they were wiped down with a dirty rag and with no real intent to clean. Just a quick wipe down here and there. We brought the cars back in and left them there for a full day to be cleaned and it still couldn't be done. So we took the cars and cleaned them on our own. This just showed me how much Edmond Hyundai does not care about people or the experience potential buyers or buyers have at their dealership. They just want money. More
We were greeted immediately and taken straight to the vehicle we were interested in. I wanted leather seats but didn’t need all the bells and whistles, and instead of trying to sell me the most expensive vehicle we were interested in. I wanted leather seats but didn’t need all the bells and whistles, and instead of trying to sell me the most expensive car, they sold me what I needed and said we can get the seats wrapped in leather which saved me money and I still got everything I wanted! I was also called and updated throughout the process of my car getting prepared for me. More

The car buying experience was fine. I didn't have any issues finding the type of car I wanted. My salesman Dillon was very nice and willing to put in the effort to help me find exactly what I wanted. The negotiations were long, drawn-out, and unpleasant however. I had to work to get them to make a reasonable deal that was at least a small percentage off of the sticker price. Once we came to an agreement they then went about locating the exact car I wanted and THEN they asked me if I was willing to change to a different interior trim. I had to stand my ground and hold them to what we had agreed upon. Dillon then promised that the car would then be in by Tuesday or Wednesday when in reality it took until Friday to get the car. In the meantime they set me up with an inferior trim level of the car I had purchased despite my request for one of the same level. From false promises, to poor detailing, and poor communication, the whole experience was quite irritating and did not leave me feeling like I was valued as a customer. More
I was blown away by Coles knowledge of the vehicles. He was able to describe the differences in all the trim levels and knew the pricing. I had called ahead about the car I wanted to look at and by the time I got to the dealership the Everyone at this dealership was friendly and helpful. I had called ahead about the car I wanted to look at and by the time I got to the dealership they had it pulled up to the front ready for a test drive while they looked at my trade. My salesman Parker was so friendly throughout the whole process. They worked very well to get me the best deal for me not them and I felt very confident that I walked out with a great deal with great amenities offered through the dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new car. More
