Matthew was the best salesman I have worked with - patient, knowledgeable and kept us completely updated during the entire process. Today's environment is nothing any of us has seen before, but this was the easiest car purchase we have ever made. Update - 05/11/2020 - After NOT receiving a copy of our signed paperwork, we found out from Hyundai Motor Finance that the dealership finance dept had messed up and our first payment was due in 45 days, rather than the 120 days we qualified for and was assured would happen. After calling the finance dept for nearly a week and being promised a call back (didn't happen), they finally took my call today to tell me that they had several cases like mine, but Hyundai would not let them correct their mistake. I was apparently out of luck. I am hugely disappointed in the way this was handled by the finance dept. Their lack of communication, giving copies of signed paperwork and general lack of give-a-crap ruined the entire experience, which had been very enjoyable. Their customer care after the sale is a complete joke. They received their funding and could care less whether they did their job correctly. More

Car in Service for 2 weeks. Car not touched nor was I called My Extended Warranty Company required "Tear-Down Diagnosis" to determine whether to re-build or replace Transmission. I was assured they would honor My Extended Warranty Company required "Tear-Down Diagnosis" to determine whether to re-build or replace Transmission. I was assured they would honor EITHER requirement. When after 2 weeks I called Hyundai Service to check on status of tear-down, I discovered they had not even touched my car! Hyundai Service simply did not want to put forth the effort; so recommended I take my car to a Transmission Specialist. My question is: "Why was I not told this immediately after Hyundai Service was informed by Extended Warranty Company of the necessity of tear-down diagnosis? Meanwhile, my Extended Warranty is nearing expiration! More
