Well at first we thought we were getting the bait and switch because we had asked about a certain vin and liked the price but when we got there they had quoted us for a completely different vin and the v switch because we had asked about a certain vin and liked the price but when we got there they had quoted us for a completely different vin and the vehicle I wanted was 7,000 more than what they quoted. Well needless to say we didn’t like that price to pay sticker and then some. So we were about to leave and they came back with a more reasonable number and I was happy. After that, everything was very good. Everyone was really nice and supportive because I had had a bad experience on the phone with a bank saying I couldn’t afford a new car but your dealership couldn’t understand why the banker had said that and restored my confidence in myself and even allowed me to sign for the car on my own which would mark the first time I bought a vehicle without a co-signer. It was a wonderful milestone and they made it so. The only thing was after I left I was supposed to get my free 3 year bluelink subscription set up but I never got that so I had to call bluelink myself which is no big deal. Parker Cramer was exactly what I needed, a non-pushy, laid back salesman who was personable and easy to talk to. Paul Sargent was also very nice to work with as he was fun, open and honest. Thank you Edmond Hyundai for helping me purchase my first vehicle on my own. More
Worst dealership ever. Screwed me over on the car buying process by selling me on their 72hour exchange policy well that’s pretty much a pointless policy. Then when calling for info to cancel our warranty t process by selling me on their 72hour exchange policy well that’s pretty much a pointless policy. Then when calling for info to cancel our warranty they refused to give us the information to cancel it! Said we had to come to the dealership for them to do the cancellation I informed them I am high risk and didn’t want to risk myself and said I could cancel if they could give me the info and they refused to do it over the phone! I asked them to email it or put me on hold to get it. 30 minutes later I hung up! Was told after writing a review on a different site to call the general manager and he refused to take my calls when I called the dealership. They act like they care about customers but they don’t. Here’s to giving my opinion on them for the next 7 years! More

Good deal and quick service. Parker was the sales rep that contacted me after I had sent an email through an auto search website. As I am about and hour and 45 minutes from Edmond Parker was the sales rep that contacted me after I had sent an email through an auto search website. As I am about and hour and 45 minutes from Edmond, he was quick to respond to my emailed questions and also to send walk-a-round videos of the vehicle. We were able to make a deal on a 2019 Ram Rebel truck pending that the condition of the vehicle was as described when I was able to make it down there to view it. After driving from north of Tulsa down to Edmond to view the truck it was exactly as described. I am very happy with my purchase and also the short amount of time that it took to complete the paperwork. The only complaint that I have is on the quality of the detail job that was completed on the truck before I arrived. The exterior of the vehicle was fine. You could tell that the interior was detailed quickly as there were still compartments with dust and dirt in them. Also, the engine compartment had not been touched. I asked my sales rep about it and he said that it would be taken care of before I left. After the paperwork was completed, I checked the engine compartment and it was a little cleaner but still really dirty. After talking with the sales rep, he said that when he took it back to detail they told him that they were too busy so he had to wipe it down himself.. More
