No Response or Communication I have had good service in the past. I recently took my car in for a possible transmission issue. I was told I would receive a call to update me by th I have had good service in the past. I recently took my car in for a possible transmission issue. I was told I would receive a call to update me by the end of the day. I never did and had to call. I was then told I would receive a call the next day and did not receive a response. I waited a day and never heard back and then called and was told someone would call me back and no one did. Only when I called back again did I receive a response that my call was ready. It was a very stressful experience not knowing what was needed for my car. The only upside is that it wasn't the transmission and that there was no cost. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication. More

Dishonest people and scammers IMHO This dealership should be ashamed of themselves. They took advantage of our daughter who was buying her very first new car. Another dealership near by was trying hard to help, as they said what Edmond Hyundai was doing to our daughter was wrong and a bad practice. Hyundai financing said that what they were doing was wrong and a bad practice, but all of them said it is up to the dealership ultimately, so there was nothing they could do. I advise anyone to stay away from this dealership. We even contacted the owner of the group of dealerships, Ted Moore Auto group. They said they would look into it and help. They never responded. So I would never go to any dealerships under the Ted Moore name either. More

I hope this will help with the engine hesitating when it is cold. More
