Worst experience ever. Had me sign paperwork for “Edmond Hyundai promise” but won’t even hold up to their own paperwork they agreed to. Took my car to the service center, it’s nice that they have a shuttle service, I had to have the technicians drive me home and pick me up. The guys were friendly one was a scary driver just a tad but for have a shuttle service, I had to have the technicians drive me home and pick me up. The guys were friendly one was a scary driver just a tad but for the most part it was okay. I was fold that they would have to keep my car and given it’s special situation they would need to simulate the circumstances I out the car in to trigger the light. They had my car from a Thursday night through Monday evening. When I finally picked up my car it up it had nearly half a tank of gas used AND someone left their Jack in the box in my car! At this point I didn’t care it hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed, I just wanted to go home. The two people Men who shuttled me where technicians they said it was standard to have to clean our cars if we agreed to it. I was hoping to have that done, not have trash added to it. I just am not and was not impressed by the lack of professionalism while my car was in their care... I wouldn’t go back especially if I wasn’t sitting there fo hold them accountable, and that sucks because this dealership is right by my house :-( Overall, my car was seen and I was given a print out of what was thought to be wrong . They did address the issue and I haven’t had any issues so far. More
