Colby did an awesome job! My Mom was in the process of purchasing a small Lincoln SUV, but I saw the Palisade on YouTube and really liked all the features, so I ask if she wo My Mom was in the process of purchasing a small Lincoln SUV, but I saw the Palisade on YouTube and really liked all the features, so I ask if she would at least take a look at the vehicle. When we arrived Colby immediately greeted us and I asked him to show me the inside of the Palisade Limited. My Mom was convinced that the vehicle was too big to fit into our garage. Colby asked where we lived and when he realized that it was just a couple of miles away, he offered to allow us to drive the car home to see if he fit. On the way, he discussed all the features and ensured my Mom that the car would fit, which it did. He asked my Mom to drive back and continued to discuss the featured. My the time we returned to the dealership, my Mom was sold. It is not very easy to change my Mom's mine, but he did! My Mom is in love with this vehicle and I have Colby to thank. He was excellent! Will YOUR Auto Dealership do THAT?! Imagine you find a car that checks off ALL the boxes on your “I Want That” list! Now imagine it is 476 miles away! Did ya’ll get that? 476 MILES away! I found such a vehicle for a great price which was located at Edmond Hyundai-Genesis Dealership. Let me save you a little time here, I thought, ‘there’s no way, I guess I’ll have to pass on that one’ and then Parker Cramer sent me an email. It was a video of him introducing me to my dream car! Describing the car as he approached, he got in and showed me all the features, describing the smallest benefits. Yes, I received a video of him starting up the car, opening the hood, showing all features of the sunroof, etc. That is not something you’re going to get from all dealerships! Especially one speaking to you directly, addressing you by name! "Hey, Regina, Parker here.." ending with "Here are your keys, Regina!" THAT GOT ME! Now let’s talk about financing. If you go into the dealership your salesperson will talk to you, then disappear down the hall to speak to someone who makes all the decisions (who you will never talk to) and they then come back with new numbers. Not in this case. Parker had Paul Sargent call me and go over everything with me. The price he gave me is (and you guys, I have checked) the best price around for this car. And do you think they turned me away because of the distance? NOPE! They overnighted the documents to me and provided everything needed to overnight them back. They helped me arrange transportation since I wanted to do it myself, and Parker was with me every step of the way. I received texts, emails, and phone calls so that I would be confident in the process. I even spoke with Luke Galvan, the General Manager, about what to expect. They even sent me pictures of the car being loaded for transport! How could it be easier than finding a dealership in my city? They made me feel like their customer service had been personalized just for me and this situation. From Edmond, Oklahoma to Houston, Texas they were able to walk me through the car purchase with ease and distance was never an issue. The distance did not stop Edmond Hyundai-Genesis for a second! If you want to buy a car and feel good about your decision, no matter where, no matter how far, get to Edmond Hyundai-Genesis to make your purchase! The only reason we purchased from this dealership is because they had a good price on a very specific used vehicle we were looking for. The salesman we were working did not do much. We often dealt with the sales manager, Dallas, who was the most pleasant person to work with in our experience. The sales team did not budge on the price of the vehicle even though we can’t take advantage of all of the free goodies they throw in with the price of a used vehicle (since we don’t live in OK). We drove four hours from Fort Worth to Oklahoma City, when we arrived, the truck had 1/4 tank of gas and the dealership refused to fill it up for us before we left. The finance guy wasted so much time trying twice to up sell a very pricy “extended warranty” we specified ahead of time that we did not want. More
