Love the car, Dealership no so much I really love the car and it is working good for me, however after the sale is when the dealership really went down in my mind. The sales manager i worked with, no longer there made a deal that it was X price and then the first 2 payment with TTL covered. They made if very clear that the first two payments would be covered by the dealership. Essentially my "first" payment i would have to make was in February, when this is actually the 3rd payment. About two weeks after the sale, i got my TTL check, their estimate was pretty good it was only a few dollars off. I thought i would get the payment check around the same time, but i waited 1 to 1.5 weeks to get it. I never received the check, so starting around 9th i started calling at least weekly to get a status update. It took some run around and finally on December 20th i got the check. I decided to pick up personally so i know i would get it, once i got there i found that it was only for one payment not the two that the deal was made on. So i was supposed to get a follow up the following week but never got a response so once i texted Gariel that i was last working with. After a few days i got a response that he didn't work there any more and was not his problem. So I moved on and tried to start finding people to talk to to solve my issue. Never once got to speak to GM about it only his assistant. But each time i would call, i would have people tell me they are going to call me back and i never get a response. It seemed each week i had to hunt down a new person to explain the issue to since the previous person is not available at the moment. Finally yesterday i got the response of that is a deal they were going to complete and honor. They got 67% of it done but did not make me satisfied, i will not be returning to dealership to buy a vehicle. I have not had service done yet so maybe i will still use their service. Short version: Made a deal with Sales manager, dealership only did 67% of there part of the deal. No one would call me back even after promising they would. So i would not recommend this dealership for Sales to anyone that needs assistance after a sale. Also their pricing online is on the verge of "bait and switch" they make the price online so low that they get you in and then show you only higher priced cars since you didn't qualify for all rebates. More
