I went straight to a car that caught my eye and he told me all about the vehicle, let me test drive it, took me inside to discuss details and after making a deal and going through the finance department I left with a vehicle. I decided upon reflection that another vehicle I had seen on the lot interested me so the next morning I went back and Matthew was not available so I worked with William who was also very friendly, knowledgeable and capable. Everyone there bent over backwards to help make a deal for me that would make me happy. I left with a different car, the one I truly wanted and I could not be happier with the car and the folks at Edmond Hyundai! They treated me like family! More

Good stock/color options and offered to look for what I wanted. Very nice & easy finance office guy. competed/matched to other offers and trade ins but required leaving and coming back. Negatives - not always attended to when walking in (not enough staff I guess). Long wait times for staff during process where we had to prompt to ask about where they were or next step. Too much paperwork - go electronic! Two times stated exact car wanted and they said “this will be perfect one” and car they brought didn’t match description repeatedly told (not listening well). Will day that’s the absolute lowest we can go but then we you compete them with other places they will lower (caught lies or mixing up numbers). really long process with waiting on staff. Dallas - so friendly but hard to trust what he would say by the end after multiple “that’s all we can do” but then changing to competition each time Neko - I think he is who matched competition which was great but they kept saying “going to talk to Neko” then never met him. So didn’t even know if he was even there or real? Ha! Overall friendly but dealership doesn’t treat you like a “I’m about to purchase a car customer”. Didn’t feel any more taken care of that I was actually buying and with intent to buy that day than any other viewer/shopper coming in. Seems like with cost of purchase and big decision they would be attending to you better, listening better, and making process as best/quick possible, and overly communicating if you had intent to buy. Hopefully third times the charm My car is burning oil at a high rate so I was advised by my regular mechanic to take it to the dealership for service. Mid December we began an oil c My car is burning oil at a high rate so I was advised by my regular mechanic to take it to the dealership for service. Mid December we began an oil compression test up to 1000 miles. I couldn't get to 600 miles before the car was almost out of oil so I brought it back in on Dec. 23rd. Not sure what happened during the first visit but the car is now leaking oil, which it wasn't, the service engine oil light is now constantly lit up, which it wasn't, and the engine still burns oil. $450 later and new oil pan gaskets I get the car back on Dec. 26th On my way home from the dealership the service engine oil light comes back on. The engine is now leaking oil again and still burning it as it is low on oil again. This morning I scheduled another service appointment, and I was told that NOW they will get Hyundai techs involved. NOW they will tear it down and figure out whats going on. WHY didn't Hyundai get a call when I came in the first time ... I told the associate the only reason I was bringing the car in was because it was burning oil. NOW it's leaking oil as well. One can only assume that with the amount of Santa Fe's on the road ... Hyundai might have a sample size to work with and help diagnose a problem. I'm disappointed that the experience to date has been so underwhelming. If you don't know how to fix the problem just tell me and i'll go on my merry way. It's OK if you don't know how to fix it. But I don't want to incur the expense(s) to replace and or fix all sorts of parts in an attempt to figure out why I brought the car in to begin with. Because now I just want to be done with you as soon as possible and not have to ever come back. The accounts receivables clerks are very pleasant though, so you have that going for you. More

Disappointing Customer service has fallen off since I was in 5 months ago. Maybe tied to the consolidation of Hyundai and Genesis bands at this location. It was evident the service manager and tecnician did not QA/QC the work as the check engine light was on after the service causing me to return to the dealership. They also did not directly hand me the key fob after correcting the check engine light fault causing me to search the vehicle for it. Not a sense of purpose there anymore or care for the customer. Will think twice before returning. More
