I feel like I was worked over by this dealership. I took my car in for the ac fan to be repaired. they a week to get the parts. charged me $600+ when I got in the fan on the AC still didn't work. Scheduled for transportation home after dropping my car off. I waited 2 hours to get taken home. Not even 20 minutes after getting home they called to tell me my car was ready. 1. When I scheduled the ser off. I waited 2 hours to get taken home. Not even 20 minutes after getting home they called to tell me my car was ready. 1. When I scheduled the service I should have been taken home much sooner. 2. Had I known the car was almost ready I would have stayed the extra 30 minutes to not have to pay the fee for the transportation. Things happen but in all areas communication is key. Had I been told the wait would be longer or that my car was almost ready I would have understood. Keeping me in the dark to collect on the transportation fee is shady and rude. More
