They forgot to do my service I dropped my car off Saturday morning at 8:45 for a scheduled recall and oil change. The service technician assured me it would be done in a matter of a few hours but I still wanted to do drop it off and asked that they call me when finished. No call came Saturday. Sunday they’re closed. Monday I have to Uber to work. I call on lunch break and they ask for my name and phone number and the lady said that didn’t have that in the system and transferred me to a manger. He puts me on hold and is very nice by the way but he had to call me back. They call me back and say something about how they had to order something for the software recall... and they were working on it now. I feel like they simply forgot about my car Saturday morning. Either way they did the oil change for free and they were nice enough but I needed my car back Saturday afternoon and had to vastly alter my schedule for a oil change.. More

They are GREAT!!! I had found the car of my dreams on their website - the 2020 Hyundai Elantra, and Brandon was quick to take me to it for a test drive. It was instant I had found the car of my dreams on their website - the 2020 Hyundai Elantra, and Brandon was quick to take me to it for a test drive. It was instant love for this car! We were assisted by many wonderful people trying to help us take this baby home! Brandon explained and showed us the many amazing features with this model. Brian was very helpful explaining the warranty package and all that was covered bumper-to-bumper. Everyone was great! Everyone made us feel welcome and important even though we're on a tight budget. Dallas was very helpful crunching numbers - and he was tireless yet warm and friendly. The people at Edmond Hyundai are the nicest, warmest team who are also very professional. Because of these great people (sorry I couldn't remember everyone), I must say that this is indeed THE BEST car dealership ever. I love these guys for putting me in a car I really love!
