Started out great, went downhill fast This was my second purchase from this dealer and the first experience was great so I came back. The second time, the actual sale went well but the ve This was my second purchase from this dealer and the first experience was great so I came back. The second time, the actual sale went well but the vehicle needed a couple of things done (dent/scratch removal, replacement of tire well part) which took 3 weeks and one trip from Stillwater to pick it up and it wasn't ready. When I did finally get it back, I now have 4 warning lights that randomly come on that were not coming on before I brought it back for the things to be repaired. The day after the sale, I called the finance department when I noticed the interest rate on my paperwork was difference (slightly more) than the interest rate my bank had approved. He was going to check on it and call me back and I never heard back. While it didn't make a huge difference, it was going to be about $500 over the life of the loan. So, my experience hasn't turned out very well at ll. More

No pressure or stress, and we felt like we left with a new car and a new friend! The 2020 Kona is FREAKING AMAZING, and at a super solid price. Paul in finance was also super dang helpful!!! I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! 😍 The one caveat was that the online price reflected the "maximum possible" discounts (with stuff I would never qualify for) so that came across as shady... Please stop putting your employees through the anger that happens when customers shop online and come in to find that out. Be thankful that Parker is awesome and turned us around, because that definitely rubbed me the wrong way. More
