Service Visit Gone Wrong - Tire Rotation and Brakes I brought my 2013 Sonata in for an oil change then your service team Kendall Taft called and stated during the vehicle inspection they identified the I brought my 2013 Sonata in for an oil change then your service team Kendall Taft called and stated during the vehicle inspection they identified the front brakes being at a 3 level - recommended new pads and turning the rotors along with cabin & air filter along with tire rotation. Unfortunately, the tire rotation was done incorrectly by placing tires in the wrong and the brakes are now making a terrible noise. I will be bringing the vehicle in today and having a discussion with your team to resolve these issues. As of today - not happy - we shall see what transpires shortly when I arrive at the dealership. More
