Oil Change The only complaint I have is when I got an oil change the advisor did not inform me that they were going to do an additive. I understand this is required as part of the warranty. But when they advertise the "Hyundai Promise" they advertise it as a free and complimentary service and then charge $40 when you pick up your vehicle. It is technically false and faulty advertising. Do not advertise something as "free" and then when the person comes in they are caught off guard by having to pay a fee. Other than that, I have no complaints. More
Great but.. Had a great experience getting the oil changed. Only thing that was not great is the sticker they put on the windshield. It has the mileage as 15xxx but my mileage on my car is 19xxx and the date is for sometime in 2036. So I'm lucky that I'm car savvy and know when to actually change my oil. I believe the tech that did the oil change is Josh, can't remember the service guy name that took my keys, Kendall maybe? Samuel called last night and I told him the same thing. He couldn't believe it and started laughing. More

Great service and repair I own a 2013 and a 2019 Santa Fe. My 2013 Sport had the trim around the drivers seat pop off. I called and told the service department what the problem was, they already had a replacement part and told me the labor over the phone, I KNEW what the cost would be before I took my car in. The ease of mind of knowing the cost was great, I'm on a fixed budget. More
