The company failed to submit my repair bill to the warranty department purposely so I would have to pay for the repairs out of pocket. Then they did not fix the issue and I had to bring my car back in once again less than 6 months later for the same issue. Needless to say my warranty expired because they would not return my phone calls and kept giving away my appointments! After 2 weeks of trying to get the car fixed and calling multiple times with no response I eventually had to pick up my car since they would not fix it and wanted me to pay an additional $700 for repairs covered under my warranty! Edmond Hyundai workers are rude and inconsiderate and have no customer service skills at all. Take head and never go there More

Jeff openly admitted that I must have misunderstood the terms of the contract so I asked to just get my trade back and give them back their car since they bold faced lied to me! After being told a lifetime bumper to bumper warranty was being thrown into our deal to earn our business on the night of the 21st of April they then slid the charge of $1,987 in on us for said warranty and now claim that we must have misunderstood what they were doing. Jeff said they intended to roll it in on our payment that we supposedly discussed but had no reason to since we came in pre approved from our own financial institution. Not only did they lie to us about the warranty but we were told they were throwing in a $500 gift card which we still have yet to see. I was told by Jeff that he would be speaking with Niko about my deal to see if it had been cashed out and would be returning my call. That was a week ago and still no call. I have proof of every claim I am making and I will be reporting them to every person that will listen to try and protect other people from the same heartache. Hyundai will be my next call, then car saver. I’m sure they will be thrilled to hear how they are sliding charges in on people like they are. I will say Dante is a wonderful guy and had nothing to do with this and also heard the lie that was told to us by Jeff. I was contacted by someone on their customer satisfaction team and was asked to contact them to hopefully reach a resolution. I called the number provided and was told that Luke would be getting back to me. I have yet to receive that phone call. One of my reviews has magically disappeared but I won’t let that stop me from getting the word out. What is right is right and what it wrong is wrong. It’s sad to me because I actually walked away the night I bought my car thinking wow what a nice group of people. I had no idea I had just been lied to. I honestly hope that in the future they will reconsider the way they do business. In the meantime I intend to continue speaking to everyone I know, and making sure that any potential customers in my area that cross my path are enlightened to the way we were treated. More
