Vehicle Purchase Never did get a straight answer on the vehicle discounts. Started at $5000 and ended up at $2500 ... Hmmm. Also vehicle HD one minor paint defect. First, I have to say that I was very particular both in price and features. I tested all the different kinds of Hyundais and had to leave to think about it and consider other options. I want to say there was absolutely no pressure. I know that walking out the door is considered the end by many salesmen but they were very good. However, they did continue to call me which I appreciated and ultimately, they found a car for me that worked for my features and my budget. It is the Genesis 80 and I can only say that I am so proud to have this car. After I signed the paperwork, they said, "now you have to choose the wheels:" I didn't know about this ritual but it was great. The salesmen and staff came to the parking lot with me and together we voted on the best wheels. It was kind of exciting. The next day Monday, I brought the car back for the wheels. I had two people say to me, "What are you doing here?' "we can pick you up!".and they quickly whisked me into a loaner car. This is the supreme service that you can not expect elsewhere. More

Great sales staff horrible finance and clerical support. This was my fourth new car I have purchased at this dealership. All four times I had a great experience working with the sales people. Mr. Assaleh w This was my fourth new car I have purchased at this dealership. All four times I had a great experience working with the sales people. Mr. Assaleh was a great example. He was very friendly, listened to me, and dealt with me in a very professional manner. I never felt pressured or hustled. One of the major reasons I have returned to this dealership was the good experiences I always had with the sales people. They worked very hard to sell me a vehicle for a price I was willing to pay. The bad part of this dealership is having to deal with their finance and clerical departments. After buying the car it took me 4 additional trips to the dealership just trying to get a correctly filled out title, with the correct date, signed by a notary, and have the correct mileage listed. It was a nightmare and it seemed that no matter what Mr. Assaleh did (and the sales manager) the corporate office could not correctly complete a title so I could get my tag. The overall all rating for this dealership and why I am not sure I can recommend them has nothing to do with their very professional sales staff it has to do with people I never get to see or talk to. I would not be so hesitant, but something like this has happened every time I bought a vehicle there. Great sales experience VS horrific service after the sale. I just don't know if it is worth the hassle again. If you are willing to trade a good price and a good sales experience for several days or hours trying to complete the transaction this may be your place. More
