Terrible car buying experience and service Terrible car buying experience. It's hard to even figure out where to begin. As I was nearing the end of my lease of a Santa Fe I went and decided to Terrible car buying experience. It's hard to even figure out where to begin. As I was nearing the end of my lease of a Santa Fe I went and decided to turn it in early and purchase a Tucson. I was given every guarantee that the dealership would cover all early termination fees but this turned out to not be the case. I am now getting calls in regards to this amount even though I never had the car during those months. Whenever I try and call to get this resolved I end up talking to different people each time who also take messages but never call me back. They have tried to blame the issue on me when it was their "promise" that got me in this situation in the first place. They were even shady when the sold me the car as after I had bought it they then told me they couldn't close out my lease until Monday since the lease department wasn't in till then. However, the entire time I was buying the car they assured me it would all be closed out that day. The finance department blames sales and sales blames finance. I am always told that the managers and GM are to busy to speak to me even when I have gone to the dealership twice. They have continually lied to my face about trying to resolve this issue. I have called over 20 times these past few weeks and left messages each time yet have received 0 calls back. Don't trust this dealership their customer service is nonexistent. On another note I brought the new car I bought in for service and called to pick it up a few days later. I was assured that all service was complete however we still had the same issues we initially brought it in for. We then brought it in a month later and were then told that not all the service had been completed when we picked it up the first time. Yet the service department never found it prudent to let us know that all the issues had not been resolved. I find it hard to fathom that any business would allow this to happen. More

G90 Buying Experience Edmond Hyundai did a fantastic job. They went to great measures to locate the G90 White and Beige vehicle that my wife and I wanted. From our first contact with the staff at Edmond Hyundai my wife and I have been very impressed and happy with the process we went through in purchasin From our first contact with the staff at Edmond Hyundai my wife and I have been very impressed and happy with the process we went through in purchasing her Genesis G80. Our salesperson, Sam was very professional in the time to inquire about what we were looking for in a car and demonstrated a tremendous knowledge of and familiarity with the various vehicles that met our specifications. His demeanor was very friendly and not the least bit aggressive in taking the time (a couple of weeks) to help us in our search. Our feeling was that he has helped us find the car that my wife is very pleased to have at a very fair price, and Sam has periodically checked to be sure that all is well. The dealership facilities are very up-to-date and comfortable and the entire staff with whom we came in contact have been very friendly and helpful. More
