Awesome Experience! My wife has been wanting to trade her car in for awhile. She was off this past Friday (May 5th) so she started her search for "her car". She has seen a sporty small SUV that really fired her interest. To make a long story short, she found it. She brought "the one size bigger version" home. Not committed to buy but this dealers method to heighten her desire to buy. Next day, took it back and took another out. This was that sporty litttle SUV she has seen. Small interior, stiff suspension, limited acceleration capability.......this was NOT the one. Thankfully we ended up at Edmond Hyuandai where wet met Kennedy. We found the car my wife wanted and I think she was blessesd with the right sales professional in Kennedy. She answered all of our questions without having to ask for someone's help and was simply very friendly. No pressure tactics what so ever. She was a delight while being exremely knowledgeable. Paperwork complete and submitted to finance. Here we met Valerie. She too was very friendly and easy to talk to. Her friendliness and laughter, like Kennedy's, was genuine and a not a pre-prepared "act". These two young ladies made my wife's buying experience an "Awesome Experience"! I asked to meet the general manager. I believe his name is Luke if memory serves me right. Really nice guy that appreciates knowing that he has an awesome staff. What struck me was that he stopped whatever he was doing, right now, when I asked to speak with him. Luke (God, I hope I'm getting your name right), Edmond Hyuandai's level of professionalism is totally off the chart! Edmond Hyuandai offers more than what we expected and them some in their incentives. Simply incredible!!!! 5 stars is not enough! 100k mile warranty, FREE engine replacement and offered GAP insurance that my wife got covers this car from bumper to bumper! Simply incredible!!
