Lies and deceit I took my last review down because CRAIG called me and wanted to know HOW he lied and said he would make it right by paying for my tag, title, and tax I took my last review down because CRAIG called me and wanted to know HOW he lied and said he would make it right by paying for my tag, title, and tax. He messaged me Monday to tell me the check is in the mail. 4 days later still nothing!! I have been a member of the US Army for 17 years, worked for the government since 2003, and obtained a Masters degree in psychology 2 months ago. I refuse to be lied to not once, not twice, but THREE times! On top of his lies, the finance department assured me my other loan would be paid off in a timely manner to avoid late payment, 26 days later it was taken care of and my payment was late!!! Of course, I'm just some young ignorant woman who shouldn't worry about the fact that my credit score dropped 80 points! Lastly, there was a 3650 warranty rolled into my loan that I didn't realize I was buying and I still have a factory warranty!! I will post this on everything Edmond Hyundai I can find! Don't buy from them and GOOD luck getting ahold of the GM if you have any complaints! More

Great Service My salesman was excellent. My situation was a service recovery situation. Dallas made sure that I was well taken care of and that I got what I wanted- My salesman was excellent.
