Worst car buying experience of my life There are multiple things that happened that made for a horrible experience buying a vehicle at Edmond Hyundai. This included not having sales people There are multiple things that happened that made for a horrible experience buying a vehicle at Edmond Hyundai. This included not having sales people who could explain the vehicle features or show me features. They made the financing options very confusing, including an extra $2,000 charge for all vehicles all their lot for features I apparently could not get taken off. I was told I would get TT&L covered and that was even advertised on the radio that day but once the paperwork was signed they said that is not what they told me. They also kept only talking to me about their balloon payment option, I could not get anyone to talk to me about a lease payment option. I have reached out to the general manager twice now. He said he would research the issue and give me a call back but never did so I called again and left a message and he again has never called me back. Hyundai has my complaint at the highest levels of customer service at this time and my only hope is that they can give me some resolution because I have always loved Hyundai cars. I won't return to Edmond Hyundai. More

What should have taken 20 minutes (and that was claimed by a finance manager) with an appointment, took 5 hours! The next business day, I called 9 times. I spoke with 6 employees. I was lied to, delayed, ignored, hung up on, left a message that wasn't returned, waited for 9 hours to get a temporary tag sent to me, listened to sales people (if they were available) say that they had no experience bc they were new and that managers couldn't help or even listen to my customer service concerns. People told me they'd call me back and they didn't. I still have outstanding issues for services I'm paying for but cannot access. This is literally the worst car buying experience ever. Neither I nor my family will ever buy from this dealership. The staff is negligent or worse apathetic when it comes to customer service. Once they have your money, it goes straight down hill. Buyer beware. More

Bad management and sales We went to this dealership after receiving numerous calls telling us they would make sure we got into a new vehicle. They made all kinds of promises. We went to this dealership after receiving numerous calls telling us they would make sure we got into a new vehicle. They made all kinds of promises. We get there and nothing they said was true. The sales person again made promises that ended up being nothi g but lies. The manager did thesame thing. They advertise that they will buy your old car out right.No matter what condition. They do not. The musix was so loud in and outside the building you could barely here what they were saying. When we mentioned it the manager just laughed at us. He was the most non caring person of all. I do not recommend this dealership at all. It was a bad experience. More

Even though the EQUUS has been dropped, the Genesis has been re-branded, and the G90 is so far superior to my EQUUS that I find myself pleased that when I went to buy a new (2017) EQUUS that it was discontinued. My new G90 has the smoothest, quietest, and safest ride of any car I've ever owned, and no other car I've ever ridden in has a quieter, smoother, or safer ride. The G90 is also physically a beautiful machine, a head-turner. I am very proud to be a G90 owner. More

I am a single mom in need of a car while going through a bitter divorce with a not-so-great credit history due to use of credit during my marriage. Darrius listened to my concerns, gave me encouragement that I am not alone (which was greatly appreciated!) and helped me locate a vehicle that met my needs for affordability and fuel efficiency. I also appreciated the Assistant General Manager for going over the details of my warranty and helping schedule my first maintenance/checkup. Likewise, Justin in the Finance Department was very efficient and helpful in the closing portion of this purchase. I am also grateful that, unlike other car dealerships, your advertisements for helping re-establish credit was not misleading. Purchasing Adventure I had some situations in addition to the scratches on the hood that i mentioned earlier in this survey. I was paying cash fro the car and signed the necessary papers on a Wednesday telling them that i would return with a check Friday morning and pick up the car then. Showed up and had to wait on the car to be washed,etc. This is when i saw the scratches on the hood and flaking paint around the tail light. Plus, i was paying by personal check, but was told that I was going to have to pay with a cashier's check. I was not told to bring a cashiers check. So, I had to go to the bank and get a cashier's check. We took the car and was to bring it back Monday to get the hood painted. Was told Monday that the car would be ready Wednesday. Called Wed to find out status and talked to a manager who said that he would check and call me back, After about 3 hrs not hearing anything, i went to the dealership. Talked to another manager who had to find out. He returned very shortly i told me it would be Friday at 5 pm. It was ready Friday. Noticed Saturday morning that it did not have a temporary tag, so had to go back to the dealership and get one. Car is great, it is my wife's car and she loves it. Plus, my salesman quit or was fired the day i first picked up the Car. Chris Walker called and told me that the salesman was no longer with them and he would be my go to person from now on. Just looking in from the outside, there seemed to be just a lot of confusion at times and lack of communications between those who needed to know. Considering everything, Chris did a good job for us considering everything. More
Dishonest staff I purchase to 2013 Ford F-150 wonderful truck poor service the internet price was 28400 when I went to the finance office they tried to increase the p I purchase to 2013 Ford F-150 wonderful truck poor service the internet price was 28400 when I went to the finance office they tried to increase the price to 31400 then tried to tell me that the price listed on the internet is before they inspected and detail the vehicle when that was resolved then I was asked if I would write a good review 2 weeks later I'm wondering why I have not received anything from the finance company so I Google their number and I talk with them only to find out that I am one day late for my payment but I have not had the vehicle for 30 days I purchased the vehicle November 28th but yet the paperwork said November 16th so I called back up to the dealership and I spoke to Craig Webster who told me verbally as well as a written email that he would get a check cut for me for the price of my first payment so I made the payment he told me he would give me a check that Tuesday the phone call happened on a Monday he said it would take 24 hours to cut a check never heard back from him I called that Thursday he tells me he's waiting on his accounts Department this goes on for almost 3 weeks it is now December 6th I have yet to hear from Craig Webster he seems to be the thorn in my side a person that smiles in your face but will lie to you every chance he gets because that is exactly what he has done in this situation he has told me on to other phone calls that he was going to call me back and never did Please be aware that if you purchase a vehicle at Edmond Hyundai you may have to deal with him you've been warned More
