The experience with everyone from sales to finance was excellent. I drove from Dallas to Edmond, Oklahoma for this car because it was very hard to find. They were very attentive to my needs, answered all my questions and did everything they could to make the buying process easy and straightforward. Rebekah was our sales person and she was fantastic to work with. She was very personable, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. If by chance she did not have an answer to a question, she made the effort to find it. The car I purchased was an EV (all electric) so with new technology there were lots of questions and Rebekah did a great job of listening and satisfying my concerns. Finance also did a great job of hearing what I needed and structured a deal that exceeded my expectations! I would recommend Hyundai of Edmond, Oklahoma to anyone interested in buying one of their cars. They are top notch! More
Customer service is HORRIBLE. They can’t get parts and don’t know when they will or where parts go once they do come in. No loaners so I didn’t have a car for a week. I was told my car would be there for a few days for repair, power steering. It was there for 5 days, still no part or loaner so I went and picked up my car. Driving it with no power steering. I’ve called many times and keep getting different answers. Called corporate office, got case number but still haven’t talked to my case manager. You can do better. I regret buying a Hyundai, will never recommend a Hyundai. My niece is having same issue with her Hyundai that broke down while traveling out of state. More
Feel very rushed and not cared for. We paid for window tinting but can't get anyone to help schedule an appt for tinting. Unwilling to budge at all and had to pay over MSRP which I thin We paid for window tinting but can't get anyone to help schedule an appt for tinting.
