I went to several dealerships; however, I felt I was given the run around for several days. I was very frustrated and feeling helpless when I was referred to Carla by a mutual friend. I was so impressed with her knowledge of all the vehicles on the lot and her beautiful personality. She spent several hours with me trying to ensure I was comfortable and getting the best deal. Though I was not able to negotiate the deal that I was looking for I will never forget the how attentive she was with my needs. I have never experienced a female sales person with that level of expertise. I will refer anyone to Edmond Hyundai, especially Carla. She knows her product...:) More

Sold us a lemon I very rarely write poor reviews but this experience warranted it. My husband and I went to Edmond Hyundai after finding a car in our price range an I very rarely write poor reviews but this experience warranted it. My husband and I went to Edmond Hyundai after finding a car in our price range and the style we were lookig for. We test drove the car and noticed it had a lot of road noise, city streets and on the highway. When we drove it on the highway, the noise became this loud howl. My husband was concerned that it might be a wheel berring. We asked the representative about the noise and he brushed it off and assured us that "This car is known to have a lot of road noise, we'd recommend a noise mat or something if it really bothers you." We made the mistake of trusting this statement and left it at that. There was also a glitch in the door lock; everytime the car accelerated to 25, the door lock would activate. We told the rep about this and he said they would take a look and fix it. We decided to purchase the car because it was everything we were looking for. We told our salesman, if the lock mechanism is fixed, we will buy this car. He told us it would be fixed in two days. It should have taken that long but because of oversight and laziness, it took a week. All the while, the customer service was terrible. Everyone will walk up and ask you if you'd like a bottle of water, but no one will help you. Offering a bottle of water is not customer service, it is keeping me hydrated without dealing with my issues. Less than a month later, after a cross country move, we had to take the car to a service station. It turns out that the loud howling we were hearing was in fact a wheel berring. And a fun surprise was also learning that the ball joint on one of the wheels was completely shot. I saw it with my own eyes and I nearly fainted knowing that we had driven across the country with one if the wheels in such poor condition. We also discovered that there is a pretty suvstantial leak in the roof that drips onto the seat everytime it rains. Maybe it was just poor luck on our part. Maybe we should have been more proactive in determining whether there were problems with the car. It was a used car so we knew that it wouldn't be perfect but I had no idea that we were purchasing a car that was in such a condition. We spent $1200 on this car after we bought it and I'm infuriated. I've had several friends and family members ask about our car. I'm always disappointed to tell them about our experience. I personally will never recommend anyone to purchase a car from this dealership. More

After working with Paul for a short period of time, Carla Scott began helping me.She was detailed, accommodating, and relaxed, she made the experience great. I walked away with a NEW Hyundai Sonata having more than I could have imagined inside of a car. Everyone was pleasant to work with throughout the process. It was a late night by the time I’d went thru financing with Mike and he was still upbeat and jovial. The greatest part of my experience was the “after sale”. Carla sat in my car with me and pointed out certain features and how to use them. She answered every question pertaining to the operation of my new car. It was evident that she loves what she is doing. I’d recommend Carla Scott to sale a car anywhere on anyday, she takes care of her customer. More
Poor Customer Service I will never purchase a used/new car from Edmond, Hyundai. I live in Edmond, OK, and I am again in the market for a new car or will be shortly, but will not go to this dealership for anything. I had visited this dealership to look at a Used Hyundai Sonata that I had found online. Here, I was approached by Jeff Broyles to help me find this car on their lot. Oddly, Edmond, Hyundai did not know where the vehicle was at that time. Sold? Loaner? Different lot? They did not know, but Jeff guaranteed that he would find this car no matter where it was. I allowed 24 hours to pass and then called to follow up on its status, but Jeff was out of the office, so I left a message with the receptionist to call me back. Once again, I allowed 24 hours to pass and then called Jeff's cell phone and left a voicemail to call me back. To this day, I still have never received a phone call back from Jeff on the status of that used car. Unfortunately for Edmond, Hyundai, I went from the used market to the new market, and I have already purchased a new 2014 Hyundai Sonata just last week from AutoMax - Del City. I guess it was a blessing in disguise. More

Making the purchase of a vehicle pleasurable From the minute we walked in the front door, we felt welcome. The staff friendliness and helpfulness continued throughout our business and purchase. Darrius, our salesman, was so up beat and positive through the long process. We were offered refreshments several times, and even when we declined, Darrius brought us snacks and cold water. We were difficult to deal with, I'm sure, due to our budget, but Darrius and the office didn't give up on attempting to get us to a payment we could manage. At one time, he told us he had 5 guys working for us!!! When we finally got to finance, Michael Linn, was very patient and helpful. He explained several things to help us to fully understand the process. Darrius introduced us to many employees that we will definitely see in the future when we have our oil changed and come for regular maintenance on our new Elantra. It helped so much to know where to go when we visit in the future. Everyone in that area of the business took time out from their very busy last day of the month - and on a Saturday - to say hello and to wish us well with our new vehicle. I had difficulty finding the site on which to post this comment. I appreciate Sam giving me good directions. We will definitely recommend Edmond Hyundai to everyone we know that plans to buy a vehicle and even if they don't plan to buy. Keep up the good work guys and know that we appreciate you very much.
