It took over a week to do brakes and tires. Part of it was on me. The pricing was so much higher than going to Tires Plus or another company. I wanted to go to the dealership as that is where we bought vehicle. If they want to stay competitive, they need to shop around and do a SWOT analysis of their competition. The car does run better but after the fact, I realized we paid about 25% more than if I would have taken it somewhere else. More

I came in to have my air conditioner serviced. They told me a tail light was out. I’ve had to put in a bulb Before so did t think much of it. I brought my care in at 9:00am. At 2:30 pm they text me a long list that needed attention immediately. One was the brakes and then they came back and said I had 3-4000 miles left. They could wait. But my tail lights were going to cost $ 1000.00. I said wait that I just wanted air conditioning fixed. I finally left at 3:30. More
