Part of their recommendation for nearly $900 worth of extra services during my oil change included an immediate tire rotation due to excessive tread wear on the front tires. What else do they lie about to gouge people into paying for extra, unneeded services? More

Thoroughly tested my Palisade for wind noise. Checked for proper tech specs for window channels. Drove my vehicle and a comparable Palisade and stated both were comparable. Another dealer who is marking up their vehicles WAY over MSRP. Interested in a Tucson Hybrid Limited - OTD price $46,099 which is nearly $7k above the original MSRP of just under $40k.
