I scheduled an appointment to have my tire patched. I asked, Casey Davis, the Service Technician, if they could check my brake lights. Not only did he have the lights checked, he replaced one for me I asked, Casey Davis, the Service Technician, if they could check my brake lights. That act of kindness was such a blessing because I was due to leave town the next day; that was one less things for me to worry back. I LOVE EDMOND HYUNDAI! My vehicle was in for a windshield washer motor- they replace the motor but did NOT fill with any fluid. Never called when the part came in- I had to call them. Service said that the scheduling department would call me so I could set an appointment for early in the week - I never received a call - I had to call them, then they said I had to wait till Thursday for an appointment. So all and all not a very good experience with the service dept. More

Service adviser was good and received frequent calls with updates on repair status. The only complaint I have is that the car was clean when.
