I brought my car in to get it looked at and explained the isseue. I was told there is nothing wrong with it, it just needs new spark plugs and the fuel system cleaned. We purchased a brand new vehicle from this place in 2018. Had all theboild changes done there for the next 3 years. My wife was wanting to look at trading in her Tuscon for a new Palisade. We live an hour away and the salesmen there refused to give us a price over the phone or give us a ball park number on a trade in for a vehicle we had purchased from there and had serviced from there. We also had a new baby and were just needing to do a little leg work over the phone and they couldn't of cared less. This place, in my experience, were very nice and helpful before we purchased the vehicle but when we drove it off the lot, we were wiped from their memory banks. They were not interested in wanting to keep our business and having us come back to purchase more vehicles. It sucks being treated like that. More
