The main issue, is the fact that Edmond Hyundai has has our vehicle more than we have. Izack Dilley has been more than helpful, however the vehicle still has paint that needs to be fixed. I was wavering between a 2 & a 3 because I did end up getting a car from them, but I do know that I wouldn’t tell any one I know to shop here. Here are the facts & you can come to your own conclusion: Salesman: fabulous.. he was brand new but super helpful. If you do use them work with Danny Prices: do not and will not match advertised website prices. (I was looking at new cars so I can’t speak to used) after ‘fees & add-ons’ the price for the car I went there to potentially buy was going to be $5000 above what was advertised on their website. Perks: they do offer complimentary oil changes, car washes, engines, towing, and loaner cars for the length of time you own the car. However… The shop for the dealership ended up inappropriately securing my drill plug for my oil and after about a week of driving the car it fell out while I was driving on the highway, along with all my oil. Luckily I had pulled over and stopped before I ran out of oil completely. I called Edmond Hyundai and they towed my car (~80mi) back to their shop for free and fixed everything and delivered my car back to me (~100mi) all for free. That I do appreciate, but I will say that now I am constantly feeling like I should be checking my (new) car for leaks and signs of malfunction. I don’t know how I will be able to trust their craftsmanship in the future, so that kind of negates several of their perks. I will say that they sent a guy out who was supposedly responsible and he apologized and said it was his fault and not a reflection of the dealership, but that does show me that there was not very thorough verification that everything was done properly before giving me the car. Customer service is outstanding. Ashton Thomason went out of his way to help me purchase my new vehicle, including staying at least 2 hours after his workday was over. I paid $85 for them to tell me nothing was wrong, even though there was a recall on the engine and it was the engine I was having issues with. The issue could have also stemmed from the oil that was spill though there was a recall on the engine and it was the engine I was having issues with. The issue could have also stemmed from the oil that was spilled all over the engine when they left the lid off the engine when they did the last oil change. Whoever took my vehicle out to test it left something in the seat that left a black stain. More
