Very friendly...just expensive!!! Could have had my car back sooner, but guess there was a misunderstanding on the phone number to use. They did wash and clean the inside for us...hasn't looked that good back sooner, but guess there was a misunderstanding on the phone number to use. Was disappointed in the add on of $3000 dealer upcharge when other dealers didn't charge an upcharge. Also the additional $2000 of Dealer installed Accessories was ridiculous. $200 for Nitrogen in the tire when other dealers didn't charge an upcharge.
