I would really recommend Edmond Hyundai when looking for a vehicle. The sales team was very helpful when i was beginning my search. However, one i had decided on a vehicle and finished the purchase everythi a vehicle. The sales team was very helpful when i was beginning my search. However, one i had decided on a vehicle and finished the purchase everything changed. They would no longer reach out to me about how or when i would receive the vehicle. I would have to call several times before they would answer any of my questions and when they did it was eithet a lie or contradicted something they had previously said. When i would question them about anything they would say it wasn't their fault that i couldn't understand what they were saying. When it was time to actually receive the vehicle i had to take a phone survey with the bank i was financed through and was required to report to them from Edmond Hyundai that i had already received the vehicle even though i hadn't. I would NOT recommend Edmond Hyundai due to their terrible customer service experience that i had received. If you do decide to purchase a vehicle through them I would recommend to work with anyone other than Mathew. More

After you make the purchase of a new vehicle, the entire attitude changes, they must not care if you come back to purchase another vehicle.
