When it was tine for the paperwork, Patrick made it quite easy and he was great to deal with. Ryan then walked me through all the new features of the car. I realized two days later that my car didn't have any floormats, so I gave Ryan a call and he got it taken care of right away. I had totally intended to buy a Toyota, but the people here made it so easy to pick Hyundai. Probably the best car shopping experience ever! That was 3 months ago now and I still remember all them. I gave 2 stars only because of the service advisor Misty otherwise after my last purchase on 7/28 I cannot recommend this dealership. I have now purchased 4 vehicles from here and this last one has been not otherwise after my last purchase on 7/28 I cannot recommend this dealership. I have now purchased 4 vehicles from here and this last one has been nothing but a headache. I purchased a 23 Kona unknowingly that the roof has extensive hail damage, I went the following day after I purchased it and George asked if he fixed it would I be happy and I said fine, I have made many calls and have been in person as well in attempts to set it up. The last time George got upset said it was services job to set this up when it was actually the salesman’s responsibility, Misty did get it set up for the following Monday, on Wednesday my car was partially ready the big dents was not taken out and when Misty called me she stated George told her he was only going to detail the car that he was not going to repair the damage, I looked at my cars status and it was left in the front by George all night unlocked, when I came in Thursday the keys were located inside the car. George was off that day so even the detail wasn’t done, I spoke to another manager Matthew stated since it was almost 5 he would see what he could do the next day and contact me, I have not heard from anyone which I never do unless I contact them, unless it’s before you sign.
