My salesman was Carleton and he did a great job! Felt like he was honest, was very knowledgable, and not pushy. Dallas Bennett was ultimately who ended up helping me settle the floor mats issue after being brushed off for 2 weeks. They ended up promising me a $300 check in the mail which was the allowance made for them as part of the purchase. So we will see if they follow through. Fingers crossed. I have three complaints: 1. You have to absolutely hound them to do the We Owe You's. I feel like they hope most people will forget them. It took two weeks to get the floor mat issue solved. If I wasn't proactive about the window tint scratch, chips and floor mats that had issues I would still be waiting to hear from them in my opinion. 2a. They also did not clean the car as well as they should have before I drove it off the lot, but the air conditioning wasn't working that well in their showroom so I just decided to do it myself instead of waiting any longer. 2b.When I got home there were rock chips all over the front windshield that were impossible to see before it was cleaned. Too little, too late on that one... for me. More

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint we had is that the online advertised MSRP (on both independent websites and the dealer’s website) was several thousand dollars lower than complaint we had is that the online advertised MSRP (on both independent websites and the dealer’s website) was several thousand dollars lower than what was priced at the dealership. This was explained as being due to the websites including all available potential rebates, the shortage of cars due to shortage of chips, the dealership not being able to control advertising on 3rd party websites (even though their own website had a different price listed as well).
