This place is an absolute mess, there were things they assured me that were fine about the car and then when I looked into it, there were many more things wrong with the car than what they would admit at assured me that were fine about the car and then when I looked into it, there were many more things wrong with the car than what they would admit at first. They also will not show me the service records so I have no way to know what they actually have and haven’t done to my car. When I was finally trying to speak with a manager about the issues I was having, Brian literally HUNG UP on me snd then left the office, when I called his office back Dallas answered and said that Brian had stepped out of his office. I could not believe that he did that. Dallas was much nicer and at least tried to help fix my problems but I just can’t believe how rude and scammy most of the people here are. The only people here that were fine were Kyle, Tanner and Parker, other than that everyone else is very hard to work with. I just get an overall bad vibe from the place but I love my car and couldn’t find one like it anywhere else so I went for it. In hindsight, I should have trusted the already very bad reviews and gone somewhere else. If you are considering buying a car from here, just don’t, it will save you time and money to just go somewhere else. More

Bought my 2021 Tucson Brand new only to need a new A/C compressor at the beginning of summer. Service dept told me I could not get a loaner car while the car was being serviced.
