The website didn't reflect the actual vehicle prices. Communications with the salesman were confusing with him scheduling me for Saturday then I got a call asking why I missed a Wednesday appointment. When the vehicle got home, under the hood was dirty and the battery cap was left open. When I showed up for my original test drive the vehicle was gone and sold and no one bothered to contact me. The salesman offered me a black accent and then when I said yes he came back and said it was gone two weeks after the initial failure to test drive, why offer something you don't have. More
I went for a SCHEDULED oil change, car wash, and to check out the lock button on my car not working. I was told there might be a wait for the car wash due to construction but once the oil change was done the out the lock button on my car not working. After waiting around for over 1.5 hrs (100 minutes to be exact), I went over to the service area where my keys were sitting on a counter and I was told that they needed to check someone else out. After the service person (Justin?) checked out the other person he handed my paper to someone else, who printed off the paperwork. I asked this new guy about the button and he knew nothing about it, he said he would call me but never did. No car wash was done. The car was sitting parked after the oil change for who knows how long. Considering only an oil change was done, it was an extremely long wait for a scheduled appointment. Just before Justin handed my paperwork to someone else, he told me that construction delayed everything and they only had 2 bays and their power was turned off, but no one ever notified me. I was waiting outside of a different building due to the construction and I saw Justin drive by a couple times, he never updated me about it taking longer. Frankly, I wonder if an oil change was even done or if they just parked my car and never got to anything. Very disappointing, especially for a place that states they have good customer service. More

I still haven't received an accessory I was promised. I didn't haggle, I just wanted the car. Things were great until I realized I didn't have the back cover for the SUV.
