A pleasure doing business with Edwards Chevrolet downtown My daughter and her family have bought their vehicles at Edwards Chevrolet downtown location for over 15 years now, so when I lost my Chevy truck to a My daughter and her family have bought their vehicles at Edwards Chevrolet downtown location for over 15 years now, so when I lost my Chevy truck to a fire and needed a good deal on a replacement truck fast, she recommended her Chevy salesman, George Campbell at Edwards downtown. There they had the new truck I wanted in stock and on the lot. I can honestly say that I could not locate the truck I wanted for a better price inside a 30 mile radius of Birmingham from Gadsden to Clanton.. Mr. Campbell and sales manager Jim Scott made the purchase process a breeze compared to my experience with other car dealers. It was quick and easy and both gentlemen were courteous, professional and accommodating. I could not have asked for a better purchasing experience. Thanks Edwards Downtown. More

Come to buy a car, leave feeling like family Ok, so....we received a letter in the mail from Edwards Chevrolet with some great deals so we called, made an appointment and off we went even though Ok, so....we received a letter in the mail from Edwards Chevrolet with some great deals so we called, made an appointment and off we went even though we live in Tennessee, 3 plus hours away. I did not realize that I had GPS d a different dealership than what the flyer said, so needled to say, we showed up at the incorrect dealership. We walked in and immediately greeted by John Novak . He introduced us to George Campbell and after discussing the flyer and what we were looking for, we were told we were at the wrong place. He said he could still help us and after discussing it, we decided we were happy here and continued with George. So happy that we did. We knew what we wanted and so George went to work with Dewey Allen on getting us financed..It was talking a bit as any car buying experience will, which we expected and getting a little hungry. George took us to eat and upon return, we were signing papers and on our way home. What a great team at Edwards Chevrolet. Downtown.We were so happy that we showed up at the wring dealership which ended up being the RIGHT one.. George even called to make sure we made it back to Tennessee safely. Thank you George Campbell, Dewey Allen, Steve Williams and John Novak. You guys are the BEST!!!! Left Alabama with a new Trax as well as new friends. More

Unprofessional Salesman with Thad August 14, 2017 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: This is one letter I thought I would never have to write about, Edwards Chevrolet. Starting from the Begin August 14, 2017 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: This is one letter I thought I would never have to write about, Edwards Chevrolet. Starting from the Beginning in 2012 I purchased my first vehicle on my own and it was a 2010 Chevy Silverado LTZ 6.2LT, Love it, still have it. Mr. Wesley Carter was the salesman and he made everything so wonderful for My first time, I hate I did not come to him first. Anyway, that truck was $35,000, No down payment. So I Decided to come back and 2015, I brought my son to the 280 location and we came there with a vehicle That had negative equity and Trey worked it out where there would be less negative equity transferred Over. Got the 2015 Cruze, no down payment, everybody happy. Now 2017 my son comes to me don’t want to pay for the care anymore. So being on my credit report As a cosigner, I have to take up the payments on a vehicle I don’t want, a $20,413 of debt. Feeling stuck I come back to the places that made my experience the first time great. 280 experience this time was different, no options were laid out, if plan A did not work, “Oh we are sorry you have to put down a $1000”. Now I know there is a lot of Negative Equity, but it was more of “You can’t do anything for us, so we cannot help you” I get it, I know we are all in it to make money, but I am in Management and we Pride ourselves on the customer, sometimes you will sacrifice some things, but the gain in the end is integrity and you can never lose with integrity… Because it wins! So I come back to the downtown location and it was worse than the 280 location. Mr. Thad Cole was recommended, Hate that decision. Anyway, all my information still in the system from 280…Credit score677 income $62,000yr. Trade car with major negative equity: Trade value $6650 negative equity of $13,000. I had my credit already approved from a Credit Union and Mr. Thaddeus left Me and My wife sitting in that office for 1 ½ hours, but that’s not the problem. The problem is where he left out of the office yelling at another client who did not purchase the he had for them in anger. me and My wife sat there just looking. We finally got up to leave and another salesman walked us to get our keys across the street. Mr. Thaddeus had no explanation, never said sorry or NOTHING. I hate I had this experience, but the best interest of the customer is NOT AT EDWARDS CHEVERLET ANYMORE. I hope this letter gets to Mr. Lee Edwards!!! More

I called Terance Wray, gave him some extreme demands; around 11a; Mr. Hollman nicely decline my extreme demands; and told me some realistic examples; I had my approval, paper work, and my car ready at 3:30p. You would have thought I had an 800 credit score; However, they didn't make me feel any different from any one with good credit. Just want to say Thank you Mr. Hollman for working so hard on my deal.
