The customer service was not at it's normal high level that I have come to receive and expect when I do business here. The person I was assigned to was not there at my scheduled drop off time and I was le that I have come to receive and expect when I do business here. The person I was assigned to was not there at my scheduled drop off time and I was left waiting with on him even though other reps were not servicing people at the time. About 10-15 minutes into waiting I was eventually helped by another rep. Upon pickup, I checked in with my assigned rep and I waited about 30 minutes, after he sent me to make payment, on my car to be pulled around. The rep I was assigned to did not come back to see if I had any questions or to follow up on the work that was done. I had to ask another rep for assistance and they pulled my car around. More
