They all personalized my purchase and wanted to make everything a success. I live in the Omaha area and shopped around at a few dealerships prior to meeting with their team – what a disaster! You could tell the other dealerships were looking to make a sale. They were not asking questions as to fit my wants. I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANOTHER CAR ELSEWHERE! Todays visit was for a warning light about a low tire. I asked Tony if they have a record of the other time the warning light came on for a tire. As a result of the fabulous service I have received over the years through this dealer ship, I have been responsible for 10 new and 1 used vehicles being purchased from this dealer. ( my children and friends)All the sales were easy and quick, cars were exactly what was wanted. They have gone out of their way to insure we got the car we wanted 3 times now, when they didn't have one on their lot. I took one vehicle in for an oil change and they wouldn't let me have it back, instead put me in a loaner, because during the oil change they noticed a hairline crack in the transmission housing. They could have just looked the other way and waited for it to fail, but they didn't, they made sure I wouldn't have any problems, because they are dedicated to their customers. When I am ready to buy again it will be from Lake Manawa Kia. :) More
