Missed Documents Michael would call and say he had good news but the deal never changed so I don't see how that was news. The finance guy forgot 3 documents for my wife and I to sign. Now we are concerned the car is still not paid off. I had the car almost a week before they realized they forgot the documents. I'm really concerned. They didn't even offer to fill up my gas after the inconvenience. They really wanted me to give top scores but I can't just put in things. I hope you know I'm still concerned about my credit being affected the car isn't paid off yet. More

Great service rep but disappointed in mechanical work After service my 2011 Mitsubishi Sport made a very loud vibration noise between 3500-4000 RPM. After checking further and listening I located noise After service my 2011 Mitsubishi Sport made a very loud vibration noise between 3500-4000 RPM. After checking further and listening I located noise. Air box for air filter had not been installed properly and bot the filter and the box itself were loose. This not only created the noise and vibration but was letting unfiltered air in to the engine! Glad I caught it early. I have a mechanical background with both military aircraft and street rods and imagine that most folks would not have been able to locate and fix the problem. They would have required a return trip to dealer for service and another day without their vehicle. More
