El Cajon Mitsubishi responded

As the Dealer it is in our best interest to do any warranty work we can as the Manufacturer pays us to complete that work. In this particular case the diagnostic work showed that the vehicle battery is performing within spec for the year, mileage and age in regards to degradation of the battery. We worked with tech line and spent many hours to ensure our diagnostic was correct. Mitsubishi does state in the owners manual, in tech manuals and widely publishes that degradation is part of the battery life. As such we were not legally able to perform warranty work as it does not fall within warranty parameters. I hope as the Dealer we did not let you down as we tried everything we could to see if there was anything we could do. I would respectively request that you clarify your review in regards to Dealer performance versus Manufacturer concerns. Reviews are not taken lightly as a Business in this day and age due to their impact. As a lawyer I am sure you are well versed in reviews and factual assertions.
