Satisfied with the experience I bought a used Elantra from this dealership. The selling price was within KBB estimate. So it was a fair deal. My salesman was Mike Rush. I asked Mike to expedite the paperwork and keep it within an hour, which he did. So I was very happy with that. I'd like to clarify that the purchase was made on my 2nd visit. On my 1st visit, I dealt with Chad Houtchens. And Chad was also very courteous, professional, and friendly. He showed me the car in details and we took it for a test drive. My only peeve was that the dealership didn't give me a full tank of gas (only half full). This wasn't a big deal. But little details like this should not have been overlooked. Hence, the 4 stars out of 5. Actually, more like a 4.5 stars out of 5 :) More

Trying to upsell Called to make appt a few days before we went in. Man on phone had mentioned something about the serpentine belt being checked. Arrived for oil change Called to make appt a few days before we went in. Man on phone had mentioned something about the serpentine belt being checked. Arrived for oil change then they said antifreeze was low so they wanted to do a pressure test to see if there were any leaks $78, car gets parked in driveway, there has never been any liquid under car. Then the serpentine belt came up again they said it was cracking $180 to replace. Everytime we go there they say its something new that needs to be fixed. Called another dealership to ask some questions none of these items came up. Wont be returning there for service. More
