Our Traverse started making a weird noise on a Monday evening of the week our son was getting married. We called the dealership and got appointment the next morning. We arrived at the dealership and talk evening of the week our son was getting married. We called the dealership and got appointment the next morning. We arrived at the dealership and talked with Vance. Actually I was almost in tears because it was wedding week and I desperately needed my car. Vance immediately got the car in to service. Within a couple of hours we were told it could be fixed by the end of the day!!! I was so thankful!!! Great job!!!!! More
