The Service center has been my worst experience with my 2024 Truck purchase. No one in that department is honest. No loaner cars available for a warranty issue on my truck that was less than two months pur 2024 Truck purchase. No one in that department is honest. No loaner cars available for a warranty issue on my truck that was less than two months purchased. I brought my truck in at 8:00am on a Saturday told it would be ready on the same day to pickup. I had to call before they closed and I was told it want be ready until Monday. I get to work on Monday and receive a call at 7:40am that my truck was ready....My truck was probably ready on Saturday but they didn't care enough to communicate it to me. It's strange how it was ready on Monday before they open up at 8:00am. No more business from me El Dorado. After spending $80,000 on a new truck I expected better service than this. This is my third service department negative experience. I didn't even talk about the other 2 prior experiences. Sad way to run a business. More

Lack of regard for quality. Took my car in to fix a problem with the auto start/stop. They said it was fixed, paid $1300. I drove 5 min away and tested it out and it failed 3 times. Took it back and since it was late in the day and a Friday, expected a call Monday. They did not call, so I called the following Wednesday to check. They said it would be an additional $1300 to fix the problem they never fixed. I asked to speak to the service manager, Robert Richmond, and was sent to his voice mail. Left him about 3 voice mails before he called me back. Said he would follow up and call me back. Never called back. Left about 4 more messages with no reply. Finally, went back to the dealer and he had no sympathy for the situation, said well take care of the labor and you pay for the part ($500). Told him they never fixed the original problem and it took me 5 min to reproduce it when I left their lot. He didn’t care. Pretty much, pay the money or take your car. I decided to come back for my car because I don’t want to give this dealership one more penny. They brought my car out and it was filthy. Had a thick layer of dirt on it. They didn’t even bother to rinse it out. All in all, just a terrible experience and will never use this dealer again. More
