I showed up to the dealership in the evening to look at a truck. The truck was not clean. It was extremely dirty when Darnell took the truck to get it cleaned. The cleaners were arguing whether or not it was truck. The truck was not clean. It was extremely dirty when Darnell took the truck to get it cleaned. The cleaners were arguing whether or not it was turned in on time a month later now I'm currently dealing with a warranty issue and when I took it to the dealership, the warranty was never added. Had to reach back out to Elder Ford to get the warranty squared away. I dropped my truck off yesterday, Friday haven't gotten an update on it yet at a dealership local in Orlando still waiting on information for the truck kind of been given the runaround. More

t started as a 5-star as booking the appointment was easy and you also had the part for the repair. Picking up my vehicle was where it all fell apart. I checked out with Leo and he informed me that they and you also had the part for the repair. Picking up my vehicle was where it all fell apart. I checked out with Leo and he informed me that they would bring up the car shortly…or so I thought. 20 mins later, still no car, I went back in to speak with Leo but he was with a client. I asked someone else in the service advising desk and they pretty much just shouted at Leo “where’s your guy’s car!” Not really professional. Leo went to get the car personally…12 more mins later he finally shows up. I started to back the car out only to notice that the guide lines on the rear view camera was not working. I had to go back in for the third time to show Leo and he said they will fix it. At this time it’s been 45 mins and I had to get back to work. The lack of QA on the repair and the absurd wait for my vehicle is the reason for the 1-star review. Not sure I would bring any of my vehicles back to Elder nor would I recommend elder’s service department at this time. I hope that this helps work out the kinks More
