Went in for oil change & tire rotation. Quick and friendly. Took time to thoroughly point out areas that need attention in the near future. Quick and friendly. Took time to thoroughly point out areas that need attention in the near future. More
They were kind, professional, pleasant, not pushy, and each person I came in contact with that work. There were very friendly. I don't like car shopping. Was told I needed an alignment but after they said I need new tires and my tire pressure was at 40 psi when it should be at 35, I have a Ford f150 the psi shows 51 on my tires. Makes me wonder if I need the new tires and my tire pressure was at 40 psi when it should be at 35, I have a Ford f150 the psi shows 51 on my tires. Makes me wonder if I need the alignment. More
Every moment of this purchase what absolutely gut wrenching. The dealership had so many opportunities to improve my experience and pushed me to the side every time. Considering I still spent almost 5 wrenching. The dealership had so many opportunities to improve my experience and pushed me to the side every time. Considering I still spent almost 5000 dollars out of pocket to get into a car I didn’t even want, you’d think they’d at LEAST try to be courteous and respectful. Both of the vehicles I got from them broke down within 48 hours of purchase. I sat for 8+ hours BOTH times I was there with no indication of progress on my deal, or progress on fixing the SECOND car I got from them. I will not EVER recommend this dealership to ANYONE. The amount of business Elder Ford could have received from a client like me, with such heavy roots in Tampa, just thrown to the side because they treated me like a problem instead of treating like I was spending a SUBSTANTIAL amount of money. ALSO, for my first purchase, there was a hidden fee of over 3000 dollars for a “maintenance package” that I was never informed about, and instead of taking credibility for the mistake an employee made, they just told me the guy who did my financing was fired. Absolutely disgusting shady financing techniques used by these people. When I asked questions about how my money was being spent, or why I was unable to get approved for certain vehicles, I was told “I don’t know” A CONCERNING AMOUNT OF TIMES. How do so many people handle so much money, yet still have no answers? I would ask to speak to a manager, a sales associate would come to me and hour later and explain the manager was busy. I spent an entire day at the dealership waiting to see a manager. I find it deplorable that these people are allowed to take your money, leave you out to dry, and never held accountable for their actions. Can’t even answer simple questions. Left a terrible taste in my mouth. Would rather die before returning to Elder Ford. More
