Took longer than normal because they were doing a recall that I have been waiting to get completed for 3yrs.Then when I got my car back the recall was only half completed and they have to order the other pa that I have been waiting to get completed for 3yrs.Then when I got my car back the recall was only half completed and they have to order the other part! I want to recognize John Weicherding for providing outstanding customer service throughout my purchase. From the moment we arrived, he was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making the e outstanding customer service throughout my purchase. From the moment we arrived, he was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making the experience a positive one. What stood out the most was how he treated my two young children (both under 8 years old). He made them feel welcome, interacted with them, and even helped keep them entertained while we worked through the details of the deal. That level of customer service is rare and made a stressful process much easier for our family. Unfortunately, my experience with the finance department was the complete opposite. Camilla Venegas came across as rude, dismissive, and solely focused on selling additional products after we had already declined the extra services and extended warranty. Rather than listening to our decisions, she continued to push them. I even had to explain the manufacturer’s warranty that already came with the vehicle. There was little regard for the fact that we had young children waiting, and the interaction felt rushed and impersonal. If it weren’t for John’s professionalism and dedication to customer service, I would have walked away from the dealership. He is the reason this review is 4 stars instead of 1. If you’re shopping here, I highly recommend asking for John—you’ll be in excellent hands. More
