It was terrible! I will never buy a Ford again!!! The dealership charge me over $2500 to replace an alternator and replace a battery that wasn't bad on a brand new tr I will never buy a Ford again!!! The dealership charge me over $2500 to replace an alternator and replace a battery that wasn't bad on a brand new truck and wooden covered under a factory warranty not to mention they did not fix my cameras that have been broken since the day after I bought this truck new and also they put a used old wheel lock on my wheel when I paid for a new one, so I'm very disappointed. I will never do business with Ford again.!!!!! More

We arrived in Tampa on 20 April to attend a hockey game but decided to stop by Elder Ford to look at a pre-owned vehicle. John Weicherding greeted us as we entered the showroom and immediately impressed us with his friendly demeanor and knowledge of the vehicle we were interested in. The process moved quickly since we were only in town for less than 48 hours. He had us test drive the car, we negotiated a good price and we sat down with finance to reach a bottom line. Evelin in finance was very understanding as we kept her past normal working hours. John had the vehicle detailed and ready for us at 10 o’clock the next morning. We appreciate everything John did for us to make it smooth and mostly painless. The only down side we saw was the dealer adding on extras that we necessarily didn’t need but ended up paying for, but we were able to reduce those costs. Would recommend John to anyone looking for a vehicle at Elder Ford. More

Unfortunately will not be coming back and wouldn’t recommend getting your car serviced here.. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE I went here for the first time to have my check engine light diagnosed. “Made an recommend getting your car serviced here.. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE I went here for the first time to have my check engine light diagnosed. “Made an appointment”. They kept my vehicle for four days and ultimately told me nothing was wrong, just that the gas cap area needed to be cleaned. While I was relieved it wasn’t a major issue, four days without my car felt excessive. Unfortunately, about four days later the check engine light came back on, so I returned. I was told it would likely need to stay overnight, but three days later I received a call saying it would be a $700 repair. At that point I agreed, as I just wanted the issue resolved. Another three days passed, and then I was told additional repairs were needed totaling +$2,900. I declined and asked them to reinstall my original parts so I could pick up the car. They informed me they no longer had the original parts. I agreed to proceed only with the initial $700 repair. After more discussion with the service manager, who offered a small discount, I ultimately negotiated the price down by $1,000 after multiple conversations because I still needed my vehicle repaired. Five days later, I was notified the car was finally ready. Picked it up and asked for my original parts (of course they did not have them). Everything seemed fine at pickup, but about a week later I checked under the hood and noticed the engine cover had not been reinstalled. I reached out to my service advisor and never received a response. I feel like I got got. To go from nothing is wrong with your car to almost $3k in repairs makes you think the people there don’t know what they’re doing? Or I’m just a sucker? And to not give me my original parts? Like did they actually do anything? AND it’s wild how much you have to negotiate with these service people. Felt like I was buying a car just to get my car “fixed”. Fast forward 2 months later my check engine light is back on again. I took it in again and they said it would be another $1,080 in repairs. Something they should have done the first time but failed to. They charged me $257.94 after knowing and showing them the problem before I arrived. I'm not sure how you could feel good about yourself with doing business like this.. Nicole Dobbs insisted that I had a rodent living in my car and this was causing the issues. I believe they never fixed the issue when I brought it in 2 months ago. I GOT SCAMMED These people unfortunately have no idea what they're doing and are scamming their customers. More
