My problem with my vehicle was not solved. The issue they said was the battery and it was replaced 2 weeks prior to bringing it in. My vehicle-buying journey here began with a lot of friction; however a business is defined not by the absence of problems, but by how its leadership responds when issues arise. The GSM, Kyle, stepped in and turned my experience around. He connected me with Justin (a knowledgeable, professional salesman), worked with me through a difficult situation, and helped reach a fair resolution. Moreover, he has stood by his word ever since. The service department was also supportive throughout the process, specifically my advisor, Jennifer P. She provided updates, connected me with the correct level of management, and kept me in a loaner until everything was sorted out. I now have a reliable vehicle titled in my name, which is a major accomplishment and provides much-needed stability for my family. As a woman purchasing my first vehicle after a major life transition, I especially value this level of integrity in the automotive industry.
