I bought the used car of my dreams at Elder with a known seatbelt recall. I returned it to service within a week to correct air conditioning where I drove rentals for at least two weeks, a few weeks after I seatbelt recall. I returned it to service within a week to correct air conditioning where I drove rentals for at least two weeks, a few weeks after I got it back I got a seatbelt ticket for not wearing the rubbing sticky seatbelt. After another two weeks of Mr McMaster not answering my calls and Leo barely responding , Mr McMaster refused to find me a used vehicle due to chemical sensitivity I have to new cars, knowing it would be necessary until late this year. Technically I have lemon law rights regarding the car but I want to keep my car. Mr McMaster refused to escalate the matter and discriminated against my immune response to new cars. I filed a complaint with corporate almost a month ago and have received a response or resolution. I demanded my car back and it was returned with rusty seatbelts despite fresh seatbelts were available and would only be installed if I paid 460 each seat. I asked to speak with the General Manager and Mr McMaster said he was doing this for 33 years and this was their final position. More

I took my van in for vibration. I took three days to get inspected and day and a half to get 2 front tires put on after approval. When I got there Andrew was taking care of a custom I took three days to get inspected and day and a half to get 2 front tires put on after approval. When I got there Andrew was taking care of a customer and I was next. A customer came in about 10 minutes after me. Andrew finished with the first customer and asked I if I could let the other customer go first. I told him no first come first serve. He then proceeded to take care of the guy behind me. He then turned around walked around the corner and starred at me in an aggressive manner. Walked out with the customer to his truck while I waited. I spoke with a manager and explained the situation and I was told by my manger never to take the company van there again. We had three vans going there for service. Very very unprofessional service and for me was all due to the lack of professionalism of Andrew. More
