Bought a used Mercedes from elder ford. After telling me they did a full over view of the vehicle and the car wasn’t being sold as is I noticed the sunroof was not aligned correctly. They said they would repair it and they only made it worse. I brought id back and spoke with a manager so they can do the proper repair. They called me back the next day and told me it was ready. After picking it up it was a complete mess inside and out and they still had not repaired it correctly. There were clips that were broken and hanging off the liner. I was told they would call me back to let me know when they got new clips in and I’ve yet to receive the call and it’s been over 2 weeks. I brought the car to a local mechanic near my home and he had it repaired in a few hours. Also, forgot to They held on to the vehicle for 23 days “doing repairs”! I had also only finance 20k for the vehicle and when I got my first bill it shows that I owe 23k. What went on there? Did they keep my down payment and not put towards the purchase price of the vehicle? Never going back there. This place is a joke. Incompetent service department and sketchy deals going on. More
