Cars a/c has been intermittent which I called out in the CARFAX. No response from your service department. I also asked for my paperwork by mail which I have yet to receive over a month later. It took almost a week to get my battery changed and several calls and texts to check on my car were ignored. I made a midday appointment (car was towed in) and nobody even knew my car was there until I several calls and texts to check on my car were ignored. I made a midday appointment (car was towed in) and nobody even knew my car was there until I called at 5pm to ask for an updste. I was told a 2nd diagnostic was run after the battery was changed and there were no codes showing but when I picked up my oil change light was on (it wasn't before my battery died). They mentioned my wiper fluid pumps didn't work and suggested replacing them. I told them the tank was just empty. When I picked up they had not even topped it off...still empty. When I asked why nobody was returning my calls/texts I got answers to my other questions but no explanation or apology for the lack of communication. More
