I live in a different state, so I was an online buyer and didn't had any in person experience. The sale went fine, and was able to get my own shipping, which was significantly less that what the dealership w didn't had any in person experience. The sale went fine, and was able to get my own shipping, which was significantly less that what the dealership was charging. But my bad experience was and still is, after a month, I'm still waiting for my registration. I was told it can take up to 90 days to be processed. That's a very big problem. I was told it's their policy, to basically forced me to abide with this ridiculous policy, of which I was not informed of, prior or during anytime of the sale. Now my 30 day temp tag has expired, so now, I can't drive the vehicle with no registration. They need to change that policy and let the out of state buyers register their own vehicle, or atleast, give them that choice. They also filled up my RTA 1 form wrong(to register) not this is adding more time to the already 30 plus days already wasted. Also being ignored by management as well, by not returning my calls or messages. More
It's been a terrible experience since I bought it. I've been saying they overcharged me, but nobody has listened or cared. I've bought many vehicles from their dealerships and never had such a bad experience as this one. I even bought the same model of vehicle that I still have and am using. They should take more drastic measures and make those responsible pay. Their greed is being paid for by the customers, which shouldn't be the case. I only ask that they honor what they offered me, not what they want to charge me more money. Fulfill the agreement as it was from the beginning. That's all I ask. And whoever reads this, I hope it's the owner because the employees are terrible thieves. More
