I will never take my company or personal vehicles to their service department ever again, they do not value their customers time when an appointment is made. If I didn't tell them that if they couldn't their service department ever again, they do not value their customers time when an appointment is made. If I didn't tell them that if they couldn't fix my truck that day another dealership would fix it the following day with no hassle. The dealer ship is terrible, they said they put permeate on my vehicle which was a lie. They had me come in and wait & hours because they said they were going to wet sand, buff and polish to make it right b on my vehicle which was a lie. Horrible experience! Salesman “Patrick” was the only honest individual. They took the vehicle back after having been caught in a dishonest attempt to cover up known issue Salesman “Patrick” was the only honest individual. They took the vehicle back after having been caught in a dishonest attempt to cover up known issues, stating that if diagnostic codes are not safety issues, they will not reveal them. They refused to cover the expense of correcting the problem that was revealed prior to me leaving their parking lot with the purchased vehicle stating it was “As is”, although I was still willing to keep the vehicle if they corrected the issue. They chose to refund the money and not make the deal for a few bucks. Liars, cheaters and thieves! More
