So I advised Sawyer at Elder Ford that I was pre-approved with Suncoast. Showed him the draft. He replied that they are preferred partners (or something to that effect), so the process would be easy. He advised that I still needed to complete an app, and assured me that there wouldn’t be any inquiry. They just needed the app to put the deal together to submit directly to Suncoast. Now I’m finding out that was a blatant lie. There was an hard inquiry on my credit from them, and I’m left wondering what else wasn’t true. I’m completely disgusted by their behavior and would never consider them or recommend anyone for future purchases. More
