Worked online with a sales person and we agreed to a price. When I was about to sign the deal, the numbers were not the same as we agreed to. Both he and the finance manager proceeded to justify the dif price. When I was about to sign the deal, the numbers were not the same as we agreed to. They proceeded to argue with me, telling me they told me this and they told me that but in reality the sales person FAiLED to send me any updated numbers or justification for them More

There was great communication with the online representative. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted and a salesperson was waiting.
