When no other dealer in the Tampa Luther or Wesley Chapel area would help me with my Eco sport recall they were the only ones that called me back and had the parts in stock. I dropped off my car was given a area would help me with my Eco sport recall they were the only ones that called me back and had the parts in stock. I dropped off my car was given a loaner car and it was fixed within two days so impressed was I with the great customer experience my neighbor who also has an Eco sport I told her to look up to see if her vehicle was on the recall and gave her Michael’s card. I will always be an elder Ford fan! More
