They snuck a warranty and lifetime oil change in when I was told I had a year of oil changes for buying from them and now I can’t get any straight answers from them and the manager Nacr stopped responding was told I had a year of oil changes for buying from them and now I can’t get any straight answers from them and the manager Nacr stopped responding and only calls when I’m busy. I’m not pleased at all and nothing has been done to appease me. I’ve had to do all the calling and almost had to do all the work to get this straitened out and honestly I’d like some compensation for this. Because at this point everyone I know is going to buy elsewhere because of this “game” elder Ford is playing and it’s obvious why they aren’t considered number one any more. More

Note – my expectations were extraordinarily low. Surprisingly, the bar was lowered. On 9 February, 2022 I purchased a used ~$60k truck from Elder Ford. During the financing and paperwork process m Surprisingly, the bar was lowered. On 9 February, 2022 I purchased a used ~$60k truck from Elder Ford. During the financing and paperwork process my name was incorrectly spelled throughout the process on multiple occasions despite best efforts to correct the ‘finance manager’. As a result, I have yet to receive my Florida License Plate / Tag (~10 business days was quoted) and despite providing my insurance policy on the spot, the financing company has no record of my insurance. I’ve requested these items to be corrected by Elder Ford on multiple occasions via telephone / email and requested to be provided the updates via email for recording purposes. I paid new registration / licensing fees for this vehicle and have yet to receive any communication from the dealership or the Florida DOT on this matter. I repeatedly left messages and asked for their management to email me with feedback, I received zero. Without question, this is some of the worst customer service and follow-up I’ve ever experienced.
